Your Consultation
The initial consultation usually lasts approximately an hour (although can last longer and is included in the fee), with follow-up appointments usually between 3- 12 weeks depending on your needs.
During your first in depth consultation, you will be asked a series of questions about how you are feeling physically and emotionally, including any conflicts, problems, or life traumas you are experiencing now, or have experienced in the past. If there are sensitive areas I will carefully encourage you to describe these in a non-judgemental way. I will also be interested in your likes and dislikes in life (anything from foods, pastimes, to climate, work-life).
Working with me
Over the years I have also worked with a great many babies, infants, younger children and teenagers. Where they are not old enough to verbalise how they feel I will enquire about what makes her/him different from others, also observing how your child conducts her/himself, finding out about the likes and dislikes, in addition to information from you.
I will always attempt to give you sufficient information to enable you to make an informed choice and this may involve directing you to your doctor for diagnostic tests or to discuss other options. It will then be your choice as to which treatment path you wish to pursue and you will be responsible for that choice. It is important that you consult your medical practitioner if you have any serious health concerns.

(available from 9.00 am to midnight, including weekends and Bank Holidays).
Calls from a landline cost £1.55 per minute, plus your provider’s access charge. Check with your mobile provider for costs before calling as calls from a mobile cost considerably more.
Remedies can then purchased from Helios or Ainsworths Pharmacy : If ordered from Helios before 3pm they will be posted the same day.
